    In this episode of Velocity Femme, I interview Drea Dalzell, the crew chief of Red Lobo Racing in the Moto America series. She is also the sister to their rider, Manny Segura. We discuss the challenges and experiences of being a woman in motorsports, the importance of representation, and the struggles of bootstrapping a small team. We also touch on the need for genuine partnerships, the gatekeeping in the motorsports community, and the significance of recognizing mid-pack racers.
