  • Good afternoon, it’s me Bullett again. Here is an update on my job situation, if you don’t know what I am talking about, check out my last podcast. But anyway, here is the update and again I will not be saying names or where I work.

    The Illinois Supreme Court has declared that the end of cash bail is constitutional. 

    Beginning on September 18, 2023, Illinois courts no longer use a cash bail system. Instead, they use a “pretrial release” system as allowed by the SAFE-T Act
