  • Everybody starts somewhere. We all have gone through some shit but sharing our story is the first step to rewriting it so that it can help us instead of continuing to harm us.

    This is my story. It isn’t pretty and it’s hard for me to share because I don’t like people seeing that ugliness. But my hope is that my willingness to get super uncomfortable and vulnerable with you will encourage you to be vulnerable with yourself.

    The good news is that you are the only one who has the power over your life the minute you decide to take control.

    This podcast is part of the experiment. I’m doing it live, learning as I go. Action is the only way to grow.
