  • Callie Scritchfield - County Commissioner Candidate District 3
    May 20 2024

We had the the pleasure of chatting with Callie (Hendrickson) Scritchfield, who is running for Rio Blanco County Commissioner in District 3. This is the District that Ty Gates currently serves. Ty will not be running for re-election.

Callie had a lot to share about growing up in a rural community, her commitment to the County, as well as her career, which I will say was impressive.

Per Callie, "My career has been diverse, including being a professional cutting and reining horse trainer, a high school business teacher, an ag loan officer, a state-wide non-profit executive director, and for the last 13 years, I've worked for the landowners of Rio Blanco County as the Executive Director of the White River & Douglas Creek Conservation Districts. I'm proud to call Rio Blanco County home and welcome questions now and in the future."
