This week, the girls were commissioned by *the* WGSN to single-handedly predict the trends for 2025 and, spoiler alert, they've gotten them all right.

They'll be covering bedrotting and organ-orientated dining, discussing whether or not Dungeons&Dragons is cool now, and trying to figure out what WGSN stands for.

Bing, bang, bong! The girls are talking about sounds that warm their hearts, like typing on a mechanical keyboard or a goat pulling a spring onion out of the ground, apparently. They also take the time to be negative, reflecting on the sound of a motorbike, knives and forks squeaking on ceramic plates, and ringtones that aren't The OC theme song. But it's not long before talk turns towards the positive again, sharing their favourite songs, and podcasts and learning the definition of echolalia together. Remember when the girls resolved to do their first Ironman a few episodes back? Well, it's all coming together!

Today, they are chitter chattering about their training programmes and have both said, "this sh*t is easy. I don't know what everyone complains about." They also said that listeners must continue to hassle them about working out and never give them a moments rest.

Andie also names the city's best and worst yoga studios (calling them out by name) and Sitaara finally opens up about what it feels like to have joined a cult called weightlifting.
