It is already the middle of March, St. Patty's day is right around the corner. I can't believe it.

We are continuing on with our self-investment | self-care series. We only have 4 shows left! Today we focus on getting physical, health, and wellness and getting away from unrealistic and IMO toxic diet culture. 5 different tips you can use to start investing in yourself physically.
