Some of what scholars point to for such argumentation against the Bible being inerrant would be Christ's post-resurrection reports. How should Christians that believe in biblical inerrancy handle matters where the Bible records "false statements" made by ungodly persons? Or could the frailty of human memory cancel out the trustworthiness of the Bible? An age-old question that seems to have gained more traction recently is, "are humans alone in the universe?" With the vastness of our own milky way galaxy, and discoveries of other solar systems, stars, galaxies etc. being discovered with more urgency, it does beg an answer to the question, and, perhaps, even being probable that, there may be intelligent life somewhere beyond the earth. On Wednesday, July 2026, 2023, three men with current or prior-high U.S. security clearances, testified before a congressional subcommittee concerning what they knew about unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP/UFO), and extraterrestrial intelligence reports. Prior to this event, and immediately post this event, people from across the world reported strange occurrences in the skies, both day and night, somewhat affirming, the testimony of the three whistleblowers who shared what they knew before the House Oversight and Accountability subcommittee. A couple key moments between these members of the House of Represents and the whistleblowers peaked interests, in particularly, when it came to questions of "where to look for more information" to questions centered around physical evidence. These three gentlemen's testimonies shook the faith of some Christians. So, how should a Christian interpret these events? Are there lifeforms beyond earth? Are these events solely military? If not military, and in fact, humans are alone in the universe, then what exactly is this phenomenon? Dr. Brian Huffling, seminary professor, U.S. Air Force chaplain, and an emerging expert about UFOs (UAP) and Aliens (ETI/NHE = nonhuman entity) chatted with the host, Trevor (Trevy Trev), about making sense of the three whistleblowers' testimony before the House Oversight and Accountability subcommittee.
