This week I received the message "To be authentic is to choose the characters you want to play and to be brave enough to let go of the ones that no longer serve you."

    Just because we adjust in different situations or environments doesn't mean we are not authentic. Lovely shares that we are multidimensional humans and we've built different characters to survive in this reality. The message she wants to portray is we have to be bold enough to leave parts of us behind that no longer fit into the reality we are trying to build.

This week I received the message "One of your most challenging tasks in life is to shine your light, but it’s only a challenge because you allow others to dim it."

    It can be challenging to be who you were meant to be. Sometimes others around you will share their experiences with you and therefore dim your light with their doubt, however that is not your story. You must shine your light with a knowing that it's your highest calling.
