On this episode of Chattel Fixtures PEI Real Estate Podcast, we have PEI’s most prominent developer, Tim Banks. Tim and his affiliated companies are currently in the process of building hundreds of homes for the PEI housing supply.

In addition to Tim’s many business and development achievements, one of the things I admire about Tim is his willingness to open himself up to criticism by engaging in conversation on essential topics on PEI, with a particular emphasis on housing.

One of the big ironies is that Tim often gets a lot of pushback from affordable housing advocates. Yet, Tim may, arguably, be the person doing the most on PEI to fix the housing crisis by building up the supply side - including hundreds of affordable units.
