It's been a while, but we are back!! Tune in this Monday to listen to what's been going on these past 6 months.

As some of you may know, Monique's brother, Raul, was battling some health issues that kept getting passed off- until finally the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was given.

In order to honor Raul and his wishes, and spend as much time as possible with him, we chose to pause the podcast and revisit our sessions when the time was better suited to honor him in that way.

It's been a long, hard, painful road- but we are back. So tune in with us Monday, as we talk more about Raul and the impact of grief and loss. We may even share a thing or two about what not to do when someone is in a season of grief ;)

Thank you for your patience with us as we've navigated this season. We are excited to share and excited to be back!

It’s true that more sex can lead to a happier life, but what happens when you’re not in a happy space, or you’re tired, or you just don’t want to have sex?! If you don’t use it, will you lose it? Is sex really that different for women than it is for men?! You’ve asked and we’ve answered (even if one of was mildly more uncomfortable than the other!). Pardon our “that’s what she saids”, and listen in for some laughter, and relatable content about sex, baby!

Be sure to really listen, because this is our giveaway episode!
