Spot on.
Karen’s words resonate so much. Everyone should listen to these podcasts to understand grief just a little more. Listening to Karen just makes me feel so much more normal-gives hope for a more settled future.

So comforting
I'm so grateful for Karen's words via the podcast and support groups. Karen gives off the right energy which is honest, gentle and encouraging. There is something extra lovely about having her talking to you through the podcast, like having a wise friend sitting beside you on your sofa whenever you need it. Thank you for all you do Karen.
