  • This week we sit down with Taylor Warren a professional American Cyclist racing the United States Road Bike Racing Circuit with CS Velo. Taylor has been racing for over 15 years now and shares his expertise as a coach with Source Endurance.

    He has had many successes in his career and in this episode we talk about the reality of racing and earning a living in the American Bike Racing scene. We talk about what it means to earn an income racing and the level of commitment required to do so. We talked through being passionate in your sport and touched on so many other fantastic topics.

    The most important, however, may have been the health of the general population of the United States and the sleep epidemic, amongst other things we are facing.

    Overall, this was a fantastic conversation with Taylor and we're excited to bring this episode to y'all.
