    Jul 30 2022

Ana Filipovic Windsor was born in Croatia as a refugee in the 1990s and grew up in a post-war country of Bosnia-Herzegovina. In 2009, she received a full ride scholarship to study at United World College in Mostar, a prestigious international high school, which opened the doors for her to study in the U.S. The first time she stepped onto US soil was in 2012 when she moved to Maryland to start her studies at Hood College. Today, a graduate of business and marketing, she lives with her husband Paul and dog Zoe in Washington, D.C. where she works in the field of digital media designing websites and creating email and social media marketing strategies. She recently became an American citizen, an honor she cherishes greatly and is excited for what’s to come.
