A new way to look at running for any runner of any level

Stazza takes a different approach to both podcasts and marathon training. Taking a laid back approach, weaving in his decades of coaching experience with his easy style, this series strips back much of the information out there which can make it all seem so complicated, and simplifies it.

Around 30 mins feels just right, and you can listen to it from beginning to end on any run.

I’ll certainly be listening to the regular episodes. Looking forward to picking up some useful tips!!
