We're Back and we've added a new family member, our baby girl Zoie. Who knew with 2, life would be so crazy. Here we give an update on our lives currently; Dawn's retired from track and field, she's a mom of two now and a business woman, dad has added the title of Head coach to his plate of All the Things he does.

One of our biggest pet peeves is the assumed parenting roles of couples especially with kids! Tune in as Dawn GOES OFFF on the issue. Mom roles are frequently taken for granted and dads roles are held to such a low bar. "Its gotta stop!"
