In today’s episode, I have the privilege to interview Grant Glattacker. We talk about Grant’s father who came from Germany not knowing a lick of English to become an “owner-operator” in the trucking industry and the lessons he taught Grant along the way. From those lessons, Grant has turned Bushell Transport into what it is today where the employees are the main focus of the company.
