    Hey y'all,

    Back with another banger!

This week on Picture Your Authenticity, we sat down with Chef and Educator Chef Justin Khanna.

In this episode, we talk about the art of managing, problem-solving, and attempt to redefine the word "grind."

    Let's get into it.

Justin is a chef, creator, and entrepreneur based out of Seattle, WA obsessed with high-quality gear, memorable dining experiences, and building practical resources that truly help. He spends most of his time building and running Repertoire, the modern hospitality education company that he founded in 2022. He speaks with some of the best in the business on his weekly podcast, writes to hungry professionals in a Friday newsletter, and creates educational products like courses, workshops, and more.

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 2012, he spent 8+ years training at Michelin-starred and critically acclaimed restaurants. His plan was to go for Michelin stars for himself, so he worked his way up different brigades until he became an executive sous chef.
