One thing about me is that I'm very passionate about all kinds of creative pursuits, ranging from art, writing, singing, acting, cooking, and lots more. There is just something amazing about the magical process of creating something from nothing, and I'm always excited to see this in action.

Speaking of the creative art of cooking, my friends and family know me as someone who would watch a cooking show before a highly-rated movie, TV show, or even my favorite sports team's championship game. I've often stated, half-jokingly, that I can see myself having a career in the food industry, although not as a chef or restaurant manager. Rather as a menu development consultant, the person helping chefs and restaurant managers come up with amazing meals behind the scenes.

Having said that, this podcast is a celebration of my years-long interest in the creative art of cooking. It is about appreciating how the intricate process of making food is a way to express oneself and also respecting those who pursue their culinary dreams in their own unique way.
