Yes, it's a business—but surprising and delighting customers by giving away the unexpected is our core value. We've had the same family van for over fifteen years. And yes, it's a little less shiny than it was 200,000 miles ago. (It got so bad at one point that our youngest son Oliver made us drop him off down the street from his friends' house.) But now, I've never been more grateful for that van—and it really exemplifies what I mean when I say I'm living the dream. Who would have thought? Listen in to hear what I mean!
