    This week, Drewby and Yergy head to Surrey, UK, to discuss probably one of the most requested cases of 2024, and that is the case of Sara Sharif. Sara was an an adorable little girl of both Polish and Pakistani heritage that had a bright future ahead of her. That was, until her father, Urfan Sharif, and her stepmother, Beinash Batool, beat her to death and then fled to Pakistan. Sara's body was later discovered under a blanket in her bunk bed after Urfan called the police to confess his crimes.

After being born to a young mother and an abusive father who was in his 50's (both who were experiencing substance use issues at the time), Dennis and his siblings went to live with his grandmother, Sherry Connor. The problem was, Sherry was also extremely abusive, so Dennis wasn't safe in either environment. On Christmas Eve of 2019, little Dennis was found unresponsive in Sherry's apartment, and it would take years for the grandmother to be brought to justice.
