In this episode, we hear from Colleen Lally, a yoga and mindfulness practitioner supporting families, friends and children affected by substance abuse. Through her company Splendour Wellness, she helps people discover new ways of expressing difficult emotions, connecting mindfulness practice with body movement and breathing techniques, to better cope with drug misuse, alcohol dependency, emotional eating and addictions of all kinds.
