Chase provides a great view on how various tools and techniques (dare I say, tricks) are used, and experienced by almost all of us, *so* many times a say, to get us over the line - be that to purchase insurance, make voting decisions or even just to weigh information one way or another.

A really popular but scary topic - with Chase's massive experience and expert delivery on the subject he hits many of the key ways that messages are given more power, he's also one of the few experts who mention *novelty*. Novelty, be that in the way a message is being delivered, a new face or place, a new sensation or experience, is rewarded in our brains (usually, ymmv) with dopamine release.

Anyhow - give this a listen - if you are new to the subject you'll be amazed, if you are familiar, even expert, you'll still learn something .
