  • S4 Ep5: Judy Oliver - 'When You're in Your Element'
    Jul 16 2024

Judy is the Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Clarity4D, whose mission is simple: we believe in making personality profiling accessible and affordable to all.

Judy has always been interested in learning and personal development, and started Clarity4D personality profiling with colleagues because historically psychometrics have been complex, expensive, elitist, and temporary.

Judy is also passionate about including young people, charities and the public sector in the understanding of colour energies; with specific profiles available for each of them.

  • S4 Ep3: Anastasia Griffith - 'Stop Freakin' Complaining'
    May 14 2024

In this episode of The Leadership Untitled Podcast, I chat with Actor and Coach, Anastasia Griffith!

Anastasia has been an actress for 21 years, starring in award-winning TV dramas in Hollywood and the UK. (I knew her from 'Once Upon A Time').

Despite 'living the dream', Anastasia suffered from imposter syndrome and self-sabotaging behaviour to emotional and sexual abuse at the hands of those she thought were there to support her.

After much self-healing, Anastasia (also a single Mum) now works as a Coach to support Actors and Parents through the journeys she has been through; all while crafting her life around her son.

Take a listen to the episode and let me know what resonates most with you. 🔸🔶

  • S4 Ep1: Prof. David Clutterbuck - 'NDY: Not Dead Yet'
    Mar 19 2024

Hi, and welcome to another episode (and series) of The Leadership Untitled Podcast, with me Rob Moors, the show that helps to guide HR, L&D and Operational Leaders to help them become better leaders and hopefully thrive in what we like to call a coaching culture.

My guest this week is a really special guest in the world of coaching, and is going to help you to do that instantly; Prof. David Clutterbuck. Now there's a good chance that if you've done any CIPD courses or coaching qualifications you may well have stumbled across a book or two of his; he's written, or co written, around about 80 books on the subject, so I would say quite the authority.

In his own words he’s the last fully active survivor of the pioneers of coaching and mentoring, and also Special Ambassador to the oldest professional association in the field; the EMCC, which he also co-founded.

So please join me in welcoming David to the Podcast.
