It is visible by their results, that their beliefs are not in alignment with the results they are getting.

You can always tell what is inside a person by what is around the person. That's why the old saying goes. Show me the five people you hang around with and I will tell you who you are.

You can't fake it in life like that. Whatever ever is around you on the outside exists in you on the inside. It's that simple. So look around you and ask yourself what would you like to change.
