Welcome to my next episode in which I try to answer a question I get asked a lot- Is there any proof that our Irish ancestors or the Celts in general practiced Shamanic or Shamanic-like techniques? The short answer is: not reeeeeaalllly, BUT like everything else to do with Irish Spirituality and pre-Christian (and post!) history, it's very complicated and very very layered!!
