    When Nick Curtin moved from New York to Copenhagen 10 years ago his mission was to live in a city that allowed him and his Danish wife to combine a family life with high career ambitions. Yet it took the American chef only seven months to receive a Michelin star at his restaurant Alouette.

    Join Nick as he shows Esben some of the best that Copenhagen’s food scene has to offer in the winter! It’s going to be a challenging day for the waste line as Nick and Esben enjoys a heavenly brunch at Aurora in Carlsberg Byen, takes a walk in Søndermarken, head for a lunch at Comé Rice Kitchen in Kødbyen followed up by a glass of white Bordeaux at Bar Vitrine, gets feisty at Bip Bip Bar and finally finishes at Saji for an indonesian dinner.
