We are continuing our conversation that we started last month on the topic of Screen Time. Last month we talked about how much screen time is too much. In this episode we take a look at what's coming across those screens and how we, as parents, can be equipped on helping our children and teenagers navigate the content that's out there.

Screens are everywhere! In this month's episode we discuss "How much time is too much time on our screens?" We dig in to how much time families actually spend on screens and how much this affects us, as parents, and our children emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Next month we talk about "Part 2: What kind of content are we taking in through our screens?"

Parents all over are having to figure out how to help their children with doing school virtually during this pandemic, so we thought it would be helpful to talk to parents AND teachers on this Episode to get some thoughts and tips as we all try to figure this out together.

In this 1st Episode, we want to speak to parenting from the 30,000 foot level. We know that in any endeavor in which we partake, whether that’s a project we want to complete, an assignment that we have to turn in or a job we have to accomplish, we need a clear picture of what the end result should look like. Without this clear picture of the finish line, odds are we will not be able to cross that finish line. And the same thing is true when it comes to parenting. So, in this episode we discuss the ultimate goal of parenting as a Jesus-follower.
