    'The Ghosts of Rig 39' is the culmination of the Gaiety School's 'Acting In the Audio Medium' course. The performances, sound effects and music are performed entirely live by the class. Acting In The Audio Medium is the only full-time course of its kind in Ireland designed to introduce aspiring actors to the fundamentals of voice overs, microphone techniques, developing characters in sound, as well as the live creation of sound effects and sound scaping. Presented each year the course culminates in an all-live performance of an original audio play written especially for the class. This intensive week-long course is conducted by the international award winning audio producer and playwright Roger Gregg.
