Steven Wilson is an English Musician that has been making music since the mid 1980's. He has been involved in multiple bands such as Porcupine Tree, No-Man, Storm Corrosion and Blackfield to name a few. He also has a flourishing career as a solo musician, producer and engineer as well. His music tends to be layered with sound and emotion as well as complex themes. In this episode I break down a bit of what he has given to the scene in the 30+ years he has been releasing music. Take a listen and then dig a bit deeper into his many bands, you won't be sorry!

Frank Zappa was one of the most talented and innovative composers, lyricists, guitarists and musical geniuses of the 21st century! He started his journey officially by forming the Mothers of Invention and coming onto the scene in 1965. He continued from there straight through to his unfortunate death, due to a long battle with cancer in 1993. He accomplished so much in his 3 decades releasing music and helped launch the careers of many super talented musicians in the process. He stood for what he believed in and pushed the envelope through humor all the way until the end. While some may consider him to be an acquired taste, no one can say with any conviction that he sucked. Very few musicians can stand should to shoulder with with the amount of music he released, nor the amount of pure creativity that he had. Long live the great Frank Zappa~~
