The Dyatlov Pass ft. Jeff & Geordie

  • Summary

  • The Dyatlov Pass incident (Russian: Гибель тургруппы Дятлова) was an event in which nine Russian hikers died in the northern Ural Mountains between 1 and 2 February 1959, in uncertain circumstances. Shrouded in conspiracy and mystery, there are several theories that have circulated the internet, and we chat about them all.

EPISODE NOTES: In 1959, a group of experienced hikers ventured into the Ural Mountains to complete a certificate of hiking and expedition - little did they know that they would never make it home. The Dyatlov Pass incident is today one of the most mysterious events to occur in Russian history, and has sparked numerous rumours of conspiracy and theory. We also chat about the 1999 Japanese horror flick Audition, and catch up on all things isolation.
