  • Summary

  • Life is short, and we only have one chance to make the most of it. No one is guaranteed a tomorrow. Yet, too many people become content with the status quo, never questioning whether they have a greater purpose or potential or that life has more to offer them. They just go through the motions of life and call that living, when in reality, they’re missing out on the things that matter most to them. What you DO, making decisions and taking action, is foundational in creating a life you love. But thriving in your purpose, knowing yourself at a deep level, and defining what matters to you is where the magic is–and then having the courage and resiliency to live that life… …that’s daring. If you’re ready to do the inner work of understanding who you really are and what’s holding you back from living your best life so you can become your best self and create a purpose-driven, value-centered life where you can take care of those you love and live life to the fullest–this is the podcast for you. Every Christmas break for the past several years, my husband I take the time to sit down and plan out our big family trips for the next year. Even though we had to cancel the majority of our trips in 2020, my Inner Compass told me it was still important to plan trips for 2021. In this episode, I share with you why we planned trips we will likely end up cancelling and the one thing that you need to get you through the rough times in life.

  • Being the Author of your life story
    Jan 5 2021

When you think back over your life, what would you tell others about who you are, what you’ve been through, or what you’ve overcame? Over this Christmas break, I’ve started to compile my. Life story for my future grandkids and family. As I’ve gone through all of my old journals, I’ve remembered all the experiences that have shaped me. Through the process, I’ve been reflecting on the lessons I’ve learned and the mistakes I’ve made and I’ve had to decide what parts to keep in, what to take out, and ultimately what I want my life story to be. In this episode, I share with you what I learned about being the author of your own life story and why your past matters.
