We are an African food and drink podcast inspired, where we pair african drinks mainly wines with african food in the podcast so lots ASMR going! With Amit a forme Sommelier and wine youtuber on Wine Jam and Victor a foodie with a focus on healthly food. 

 The Colour Room is an inspiration of a WSET Certified former Sommelier, Wine YouTuber from the wine world Amit Kash, and entrepreneur Victor Henry foodie with all the ingredients for a great show. Together they make the Colour Room Series looking at Drinks and Food inspired by Africa. This time around we talk to Elody the master chef behind Kolden Kitchen who is making noise by fusing African dishes experinced through her travels with her professional experience in Michelin Star style, we get her thoughts on African food, being a chef in the industry and what dish to look out for!
