They also give a behind the scenes and candid account of their experiences making films together. Mental health and creativity is also talked about in a holistic fashion, whilst exploring everything from psychological maturation to the neuroscience behind empathy and human behaviour.

Delighted to announce that John Connors and I will be hosting our brand new podcast series. This is going to be a really interesting video podcast series and we feel that's it the right time now to deliver it. We will be looking predominantly at how mental wellbeing and creative expression are inextricably linked.

Both John and I are living proof that creativity coupled with hard work and passion can overcome a lot of lifes challenges.  Positivity with truth seeking is where we are going with this podcast. Digging deep psychologically yet keeping it light hearted and goodwilled.

We will be interviewing lots of really interesting people. All with unique stories and different perspectives on life, that will shake your tree. People from all walks of life that have a tale that will enrich our audiences day and get them thinking in a different way.
