  • Client experience is at an all-time low across the board. We recently moved from Austin to Atlanta and the moving truck had a few other houses to deliver before they could get to ours, so we had to stay in a hotel. Between the tablecloth we had to use as a blanket, the overwhelming smell, and the expensive and horrible breakfast, we checked out early.

    We are seeing this everywhere. Companies blamed it on Covid, but we are long past that excuse. Many are deciding not to hire, to let their client experience suffer, and keep the price the same, or higher, because it’s better for their bottom line.

    As high end coaches, we need to step out and make sure our client experience is worth the price. Is there support inside your container that helps when they get stuck? A client that feels seen and cared for will usually not ghost you. They will finish your program and you’ll have their loyalty forever.
