Eric is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin and works for Select Chemistry. Eric currently serves as City Councilman for the city of Midland and is involved in various non profits throughout the community. Along with volunteering, Eric is a champion for foster care and is an advocate for foster parents in the Permian Basin.

Claire Ramirez is a born and raised Midlander and proud fifth generation West Texan. Claire is a graduate of Baylor University and worked for a few years in Houston aa a corporate event coordinator.

Upon her return to Midland, Claire was instrumental in creating a pop up shopping experience and soon found herself jumping into a new adventure as the first editor of The Scout Guide West Texas.

The Scout Guide is a 100% woman founded national franchise that offers an elevated advertising experience to local businesses through a printed guide and various digital channels. Community building showcasing the people and faces behind local businesses.
