Nancy McBride is a humble Christ follower, wife and optometrist. She loves connecting with patients and sharing stories of God's faithfulness in the storms of life. She is currently almost 4 years cancer free, and is amazed at how God continues to use her story to encourage others and tell about His grace. Nancy absolutely adores her husband Shane of 8 years, and is excited to see God's hand in their adoption journey to start a family. Lean in, Listen, and be blessed.

Mother's Day, comes by once a year. However, mothering is a 24 hours 7 days a week opportunity. Today and everyday, make time to create a moment by appreciating the women in your life who have made a difference through good and challenging seasons.

Mother's Day? I say Mothering Day because being a mother is more that the biology. It is the ability to nurture someone towards positive change. There are many women who are live givers. They exist in every part of society. What makes them special is that they come along side you and speak life into your situation. They are willing to be vulnerable, love, and perservere. They are my greatest cheer leaders, and the ones who will speak truth to me even when it hurts. I hope you have someone who is that Candid in your life. We all need them. Cheers!

Leyna is Home schooled and is in third grade.  A bright and very intelligent girl, she enjoys reading books, coloring pictures, making crafts, outdoor sports, and also enjoys gymnastics.  Leyna loves Jesus with her whole heart and enjoys singing new songs of worship. She is a prayer warrior for the Lord and is passionate about seeing people experience the healing power of God in their lives.
