  • In this mini-series of my podcast, I am chatting to inspirational PCN Clinical Directors about what inspires them, and how they have taken the apparently impossible job of Clinical Director of a network of GP practices allocated by geography rather than by shared cultures, ideals and purpose, and united them to make a positive difference to the network as well as to their population.

    This episode is a conversation with my GP colleague from the Primary Care Transformation Team, Dr Rupa Joshi, whose practice is in Wokingham and who is the co-Clinical Director of Wokingham North Primary Care Network. The success of this PCN is a testament to the inspiring clinical leadership of Rupa and her colleague, and the story of her involvement is an inspiration.
