Was such a pleasure to have Justin on a week fresh from his bodybuilding competition. We were able to discuss the experience of training and dieting in order to prepare to compete. Additionally we also discussed the Asian experience growing up around sports and competition.

It's been a while since we last had Clint on, and in that time he's managed to come a long way with his engagement in sports such as running and climbing as well as through his work as a School Learning Support Officer.

Always a pleasure to catch up with a friend from the old days. Zaki Yawary and I sit down to ride a nostalgia wave as we talk about our high school days growing up and hanging out. We also touch base on the recent news of President Biden withdrawing U.S. forces  from Afghanistan, as Zaki imparts his opinions from his personal Hazara perspective and understandings.

As always its a wonderful and exciting episode of wildness whenever Khloe comes on to speak her mind and the thoughts that have been plaguing her. The reassuring topic of the world becoming a Black Mirror episode is raised as well as other thoughts on humanity and the way we navigate the human world.

Been a while since we've had Darren back onto the podcast to talk about the progression of the podcast in the world of social media as well as sports and our experiences growing up as Asian-Australians.
 

'Twas a good day.

This was the 2nd time we recorded a solo episode, however this time we spoke in English instead of Vietnamese, in order to cover the overall issue of Asian hate crimes occurring in America. The perspective provided is one of an Asian Australia which could account for a slight disconnect with the issue at hand.
