    This is the busiest time of the year at work, but Mr. Turkey can't wait. We want a juicy and flavorful bird and this is how I get mine to taste the best

    Here are the ingredients:

    1 large stock pot on medium heat
    2.5 tablespoons of butter
    2 teaspoons of olive oil
    1 medium yellow onion
    1.5 cups of baby carrots
    3 stocks of celery
    64 Oz of vegetable broth or chicken broth
    1 head of garlic.
    A couple sprigs of fresh sage, thyme and rosemary
    1 pint of dark ale
    1 tablespoon of paprika
    1 cup of kosher salt
    1 cup of sugar.
