How many of us have stayed in toxic relationships, bad jobs, and/or dysfunctional situations when we really didn’t have to? What if we told you that you can experience true freedom in this life regardless of what is going on around you? Ding ding, all of the freedom that you’ve been waiting to experience in the different areas of your life can all be found in our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. We know what it feels like to be drained by trying to live up to other’s standards but the only standard we need to live by is in the Word of God. Raise your hand if you are believing in God to do something big in your life, something that you are not capable of doing on your own. Now remind yourself that what is impossible for man, is possible for God. Hebrews 11:1 tells us that “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen”. This is not just a one time deal where we only need faith for a special occasion. Faith, for the believer is a lifestyle. We eat, breathe and sleep faith! Unfortunately, too many of us think that we can just believe without any action but that is actually not even biblical. James 2:17 tells us that faith without works is dead. Ladies, let’s put some action to our faith for whatever it is that we are believing in the Lord for. Sure, we’re not like those other religions that only care about works and disregard the faith or those religions where we just believe in the Lord to give us things to heap upon our own lusts. We need faith along with the works. We know that it is impossible to please God without faith! How else will we prove our faith without action? Even the world doesn’t buy that! So whatever promise from God that you are waiting for, if it is His will for you, it will happen ..just have faith!
