Quotidian excellence

There is a war going on, just a few countries away. Not some distant shore we know little of and care even less. It’s of great importance so it should be something we dig deep into. A daily account gives an opportunity to go to the heart of the matter. And the makers do this consistently well. If you have an interest in the war, it’s politics, ramifications, military outcomes & future course this is probably the best, most comprehensive reporting available. I should say I’ve always been suspicious of the Telegraph & would struggle to listen to a domestic politics podcast from them but perhaps because there isn’t a big divide between the British political parties the culture wars etc can be left at home. It’s simply very good reporting and research.
