  • Send us a Text Message.

Imposter Syndrome is described as an internal experience of believing that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be. It's also called "perceived fraudulence", which causes feelings of self-doubt, and personal incompetence despite your education, experience and accomplishments.

It's something that many of us battle with on a daily basis. Whilst I don't have the answers as to why we get these intrusive thoughts, or how to stop them, I do have some great insight and experience in tackling them and keeping them at bay!

In this episode, I share the gems surrounding tackling Imposter Syndrome, and discuss the pros and cons of procrastination and performing under pressure.
