    For us as mothers, New Years’ Eve can feel a bit like a noose tightening around our necks. Just as Christmas is over, you feel like you can slow down a bit and perhaps breathe for a moment…and then BAM you tell yourself you are going to give up chocolate, eat only kale and run 10 times a week this year. UGH!

    Why does it feel like keeping your resolutions, whether they be New Year’s resolutions or the things you tell yourself you will do differently each day, is just so hard? This episode will explain why and gives you a great exercise you can do to help you stick to the your guns, staying the course even when February hits and you would usually give up!
