Hey Sis Hey! This episode took me way back, back to my childhood choir days, lol! Let me sang a little bit for you..."this little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine, then the choir director would say, "everywhere I go, I'm going to let it shine", let it shine, let it shine, let it shine". For this beautiful memory...... Lord I say thank you for your everlasting grace and kindness. You see, life happens and it happens fast. Before you know it,  your sweet innocence becomes dimmer and dimmer by life's hurts, life's struggles, and life's unpredictable outcomes. So, somewhere along the way, when you recognize your joy seeping away, all to appease others, you dim your natural light to avoid blinding others around you when your radiance illuminates.   Well Sis, no more will you shy away from your true self, from this day forward, join me as we all let our "little lights shine"!

This episode has my top 5 ways to staying kind AKA what I call sweetness in the mist of feeling like everything is chaotic around you. Sis, we must give ourselves grace and stay kind to ourselves and others despite our overwhelming days. So here's 5 ways to restoring your sense of calm and maintaining your sweetness in the middle of it all.

1. Reading and mediating on Bible scripture Psalms 23
2. Be Kind to yourself, take a deep breath and embrace your NO!
3. Write it out, words of gratitude, and most of all spend time in worship with Jesus!
4. Tidy and organize your spaces for clarity, but keep it simple, just one tasks a day.
5. Simply ask and accept the help we may need from others.
