• Jims' Story - A Time to Reclaim Life and Health

    A man named Jim lived in the pulsing heart of a metropolis amidst the towering skyscrapers and the relentless hum of urban life. The city, a mirror of his ceaseless hustle, had gradually sapped his energy, leaving him devoid of vigor and enthusiasm. Jim was constantly tired, both mentally and physically.
    On a day that began like any other, Jim stared out his window, surveying the never-ending cityscape, and he felt a surge of determination. He decided he had had enough of the constant exhaustion, the sapped energy, the interminable fatigue. Propelled by this newfound resolve, Jim embarked on a transformative journey to reclaim his life and health.
    The first step on his journey was to seek refuge in silence, to bask in the tranquility that quietude offered. Each dawn found him awake before the city stirred, sitting cross-legged on the cool hardwood floor of his apartment, delving into a state of meditation. He breathed in the serene calm of the early morning and exhaled the accumulated stress in his soul. Prayer followed meditation, his heart’s whispered petitions finding their way to the cosmos.
    Jim implemented significant changes in his dietary habits. He made hydration a non-negotiable part of his routine, allowing water to purify his system. He replaced his unhealthy diet with fresh fruits and vegetables.
    As his journey progressed, Jim waved goodbye to his detrimental habits of smoking and alcohol consumption. Music filled his living space, calming his mind and soul.
    Yet Jim didn’t limit his transformation to his well-being. He disseminated kindness in his surroundings, offering a smile to a stranger, extending a helping hand to a neighbor, and lending a listening ear to a friend. He avoided negative people, instead focusing on the positive.
    Physical activity became a cornerstone of Jim’s new life. He took to jogging in the park, enrolled in yoga classes, and even found joy in a local dance club. These physical endeavors invigorated him, instilling a sense of vitality he had long forgotten.
    Writing became a source of solace for Jim. In his journal, he penned his thoughts, fears, dreams, and triumphs each night. This reflective practice facilitated self-understanding and helped him value his transformative journey.
    Jim made gratitude an integral part of his daily routine. He began cataloging things he was grateful for daily, reminding himself of life’s bounty even amidst trials and tribulations.
    He undertook a cleansing process that extended beyond his physical space to his mental realm. Jim cleared out of his apartment and cleared his mind.
    Finally, Jim sought healing in the arms of nature. He spent more time outdoors, in parks, by the riverside, or under the shade of a tree, absorbing the tranquility and healing power of the natural world.
    Gradually, Jim perceived a transformation. He was no longer the man perpetually tired and sick. Instead, he felt revitalized, rejuvenated, and reborn. He had successfully reclaimed his health and life by choosing to embark on this healing journey. Jim’s story stands as a testament to the power of holistic healing and the indomitable human will transform. His journey inspires those around him, demonstrating that it’s never too late to seize control of one’s health and happiness.

  • Emma's Journey From Sick and Tired to Wellness

    Welcome.
    Once upon a time, a woman named Emma lived in the hustle and bustle of a city that never slept.  Emma was a hard-working, dedicated soul, but she was sick and tired of being sick and tired. The constant fatigue, the emotional burnout, and the relentless stress had taken a toll on her. She yearned for a lively, vibrant life of peace and health.

    One day, she decided to take matters into her own hands.  chose to embark on a journey of self-discovery, health, and healing. She had heard about the power of meditation and decided to try it. Every morning, as the sun rose, she would sit in a quiet corner of her home, her eyes closed, her mind at peace. She would focus on her breath, the rhythm of her heart, and the serenity within her. This practice soon became her sanctuary, a time to disconnect from the chaos of the outside world and reconnect with herself.

    In the quiet moments of meditation, she found herself drawn to prayer. She wasn't particularly religious, but she found the act of praying soothing. It wasn't about asking for divine intervention but about feeling connected to something bigger than herself. It was a reminder that she wasn't alone in her struggles.

    Emma consciously decided to nurture her body as she was nurturing her mind. She started staying hydrated, drinking at least eight glasses of water daily. She replaced the junk food in her diet with fruits and vegetables, her meals becoming a colorful palette of health and nourishment. 

    Emma realized the impact of her choices when she stopped smoking and avoided alcohol. Her energy levels improved, her skin cleared, and she felt better than she had in years.
    She discovered the therapeutic magic of music, choosing soothing melodies that spoke to her soul. The harmonious tunes became her constant companions, helping her navigate her day with calm and peace. She spread kindness wherever she went, her heart filled with compassion for those around her. The smiles she received in return became her daily dose of happiness.

    Emma started avoiding toxic people, realizing that her peace of mind was far too precious to be disturbed by negativity. She prioritized her mental health, surrounding herself with positivity and love.  picked up an exercise routine, her body growing stronger each day. The adrenaline rush after a good workout became her new favorite high, replacing the temporary relief she had once sought in unhealthy habits.

    She began writing in a journal, writing down her thoughts, fears, dreams, and achievements. It became a way of self-reflection, a tool to understand herself better. In the process, she discovered the power of gratitude. Each day, she would list things for which she was thankful. 

    Emma began decluttering her space, realizing that the chaos around her reflected the confusion within her. As she cleared her surroundings, she felt her mind clear as well. She found solace in nature, spending time in the park, walking barefoot on the grass, feeling the wind on her face, and listening to the songs of the birds. It was a reminder of the simple yet profound joys of life.

    Emma's journey wasn't easy, but with each passing day, she felt healing. Her fatigue is now replaced by energy, her stress replaced by peace, and her burnout replaced by a burning passion for life. She was no longer sick and tired of being sick and tired. Instead, she was alive, vibrant, and grateful for the journey that had led her to this place of healing and self-discovery. 

    And thus,  Emma had not only survived but thrived, finding her way back to health, happiness, and vitality.

One day, he woke up feeling particularly low and knew something had to change. He embarked on a journey to improve his mood and overall well-being.
    He began his quest with meditation. Every morning, before the city had awakened, Eli sat in the quiet of his apartment and allowed himself to be simple. He embraced the silence, focusing on breathing and quieting his racing thoughts. This practice brought a newfound sense of peace and clarity to his life, setting a calm tone for the rest of his day.
    Eli also started praying, not in the religious sense, but to reach out to the universe. He asked for strength, courage, and wisdom, finding solace in his spiritual connection. He found that it helped him to maintain perspective and remember what was truly important in life.
    Knowing that his physical health was as important as his mental health, Eli stayed hydrated and ate a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. He noticed an increase in his energy levels and an improvement in his overall mood.     In a city of endless noise and constant lights, there lived a man named Theodore. He was an ordinary man with an ordinary job, living an ordinary life, or at least that's what it seemed. The world saw him as an everyday man, but inside, Theodore was anything but ordinary. The bustling city around him felt like a movie playing on an infinite loop, a screenplay he felt compelled to perform in but never wrote.

    Theodore felt isolated. His soul felt disconnected from the cacophony of life around him. Once vibrant and stimulating, the city now seemed dull; its colors faded. People surrounded him, yet he felt profoundly alone. He was adrift in an ocean of emptiness, a tiny boat with no compass, map, or understanding of which direction to head.
    His mood was perpetually low, a melancholic fog that hung heavily in his heart. He felt tired in his very bones, exhaustion that sleep could not cure. The world around him seemed filled with despair and horror, and he felt a shuddering sense of existential dread. Once, he used to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, the high energy of corporate life, and the simple joy of a coffee in the morning. But now, all those things had lost their charm.
    Theodore began to question the deep mysteries of life, pondering questions like "Who am I?" and "What is the purpose of my existence?" He craved meaning and purpose in a world that seemed devoid of both. He felt as though his life was a falsehood, a masquerade. 
    He started seeing through the illusions of society, the facades people wore, and the pretense of happiness. He saw the deep unhappiness within most people, hidden behind their smiles and small talk. Conversations felt shallow, filled with empty words, and needed more authenticity. His job, once a source of pride and accomplishment, now felt like a shackle, binding him to a life he no longer wished to live.
    Amidst this chaos, Theodore began to experience an unexpected transformation. He developed a deep empathy and compassion for others and began to see the interconnectedness of all beings, the thread of life that bound them all. He realized he was not alone in his isolation and despair - that others were lost, searching for the same truth and meaning.
    Theodore started to see the world with new eyes, and his intuition heightened. He began to recognize the patterns of the universe, the synchronicities that spoke of a deeper, more profound reality. Theodore began to feel a sense of wonder, love, and curiosity. He found beauty in the simplest things - in the rustling of leaves, the laughter of children, and the gentle rhythm of his breath.
    He began to experience glimpses of his True Nature, his innermost essence untouched by the world's chaos. He saw that beneath the layers of fear and despair, under the illusions and the falsehoods, he was a part of the vast, infinite universe. He realized he was not just Theodore, the ordinary man with an ordinary job. He was a part of the cosmic dance, a drop in the vast ocean of existence.
    With this realization, Theodore began to make changes in his life. He quit his job, seeking authenticity and truth over wealth and status. He began to purge his life of the things that no longer served him, letting go of the old habits and the negative patterns that had held him captive. He found a newfound sensitivity within him, a deep connection with life and all its forms.
    Theodore's journey was not without its challenges. There were moments of anxiety and depression, moments of deep despair and loneliness. But he persevered, driven by his thirst for truth and newfound self-understanding.

    I’m Bella, Maria’s virtual presenter. Enjoy Lesson 1, In the Beginning.

    As Eternal Consciousness, or as our Soul, we collectively created this place called Planet Earth.  Contrary to what religion has taught us about a god creating the Earth, we used our Divine creator abilities to do so.  But because of the veil between human and soul, this truth has been kept from most people.

    The Earth As An Experiment
    As Eternal Consciousness, we created the Earth as a kind of playground in order to experience: to develop an understanding of who we are.  We wanted to separate a part of ourselves, so we created aspects.  We wanted to dive deeply into that experience.  So we developed a veil that separated us from spirit, from our true selves.

    Early on, we melded our consciousness with animals and birds, and mammals of all kinds.  Even dinosaurs. But we wanted a body that could take us further, and last longer, so we began creating various human prototypes. We created them in all sizes and shapes, from tiny beings to giants.  But in order to have a more homogeneous experience, we created mass consciousness. We began experimenting with the body and mind so that a more standard, uniform experience could be had by all of humanity.

    We create the masculine and feminine aspects.  We played with polar opposites of all kinds, from light and dark, good and evil, right and wrong.  And we did inner and outer battles with those. Wars were fought, blood shed in the name of good and evil, right and wrong.

    God and Myth
    In order to explain things in life we could not understand, like life and death and suffering, we created myths.  We created gods of all kinds. Religions emerged.  And eventually, we designed a god that was filled with judgment, vengeful, and demanded total allegiance.

    Along with a more standard body type, we experimented with creating a more standardized mind.  Most people believe that the mind is in the brain.  But the mind is part of the soul.  The brain serves as a processor for bodily functions.  The mind is the interface between the spirit and biology.

    Over time, the mind became the power center for the human.  Because it was separated, by the veil, from the soul, it took on the role of controlling everything.  It believed it needed to defend and protect itself from outside forces.  It tried on its own to find solutions to life’s mysteries.  Consequently, it felt alone, depressed, and hopeless.

    You Are Awakening
    Those of you attracted to this material have been journeying for a very long time.  Now, as you awaken from the illusion that you are separate from your soul, you have the opportunity to claim your true self, your eternal, divine self. You are becoming aware that you are not just the human struggling and battling life on Earth, but that you are a grand, grand creator.

  • Friends Discuss: What if there were no laws??

    It was a warm summer evening. The cacophony of cicadas resounded just outside the cafe. The aroma of warm apple pie and freshly brewed coffee filled the air inside.

    It was almost closing time, but the conversation between the two friends continued. Their discussion became more and more philosophical. Laura asked, what would happen if all laws were suspended for one day? She contended that there would be anarchy, that people who were otherwise law-abiding citizens would rob, pillage, and murder. 

    But John's perspective was that crime would stay the same since most people have a natural inner compass of peace and cooperation. He went on to say that laws don't deter those who are perpetrators.

    John explained to his friend that the Law of Attraction is always in effect. We all attract experiences and people depending on our predominant frequency.

    Humans are awakening, but it will be some time before they recognize that every being is sovereign and that each one creates their reality. Therefore, no one is truly a victim unless they believe themselves to be.

    No one accidentally ends up in an abusive relationship or the victim of a mugging, for instance. Some patterns attract that type of person or experience to them. And while the abuse in a relationship feels very real, it's their soul bringing their own lack of self-worth and guilt and shame to their attention.

    Our energies are constantly serving us. They will help our self-love, and they will faithfully serve our self-blame. 

    Laura thought about what John said but was not ready to shift from her viewpoint. John understood that and respected Laura's ideas.

    They agreed that while they had different perspectives, sharing and exploring ideas in a safe and open environment was refreshing.

    As the sun began to set, the warm glow of the cafe's lights added a sense of comfort and tranquility to the discussion. The aroma of apple pie and coffee now mingled with the scents of a cool summer breeze that drifted in through the open window.

    The two friends continued to ponder the nature of humanity, consciousness, and laws and systems' role in shaping individual experiences. They questioned whether the world would ever evolve beyond the need for these structures as individuals embraced their sovereignty and responsibility for their actions.

    As the evening grew darker and the stars emerged, the friends began feeling hopeful and optimistic. They recognized that they were part of a growing movement of people exploring their consciousness and seeking to create a world where love, compassion, and understanding prevailed over fear, blame, and retribution.

    The two friends left the cafe that night with a newfound appreciation for their unique perspectives and the value of open, honest dialogue. They realized that through such conversations, humanity could transform and move towards a more enlightened, compassionate existence.

    Walking home under the starry sky, they felt a sense of peace and interconnectedness with each other and the world around them. They knew that their growth and evolution would contribute to a collective shift in consciousness, one person at a time.

    And with each step they took, they knew that they were part of something much larger than themselves, something that had the potential to change the world for the better.
