Silver Fish

By: Tom Holt
  • Summary

  • Silver Fish is a podcast series featuring a number of story driven monologues written by Tom Holt and performed by a group of talented actors. Each episode will run roughly 10-20 minutes long and will feature a different actor. Set at Greenwich Observatory, the series explores the minds of eight individuals who spend their evenings watching the sunset, travelling deep into their thoughts as they are transfixed on the sky. But what is it that's bringing these strangers together? Is it the sky? Or something else? A huge thank you to Olly Wood (@owoodmusic) for the theme tune and to Eve Kitchingman (@eeiaaiia) for the art work. Check them out!

The series finale is here. And it's featuring my sister, Pooface. Sorry, I mean, Emily. But who is she? And what's special about her that links her to the others? Will we actually find out who the railings woman is? A challenging piece. Acted wonderfully by my sis.

    Sidenote: I'm no editing genius.

The penultimate episode. Smooth, Dulcet tones with a menacing edge are on the menu for this enigmatic character. There are few better at providing that than Matthew Morgan-Stevens. Have a listen as he meanders his way around this complex mind. I hope you're sitting uncomfortably.

This is a really difficult piece to act. So who better to ask than the mighty Susan Raasay? It really is an honour to have Susan take part. She has so much wisdom and is one of the kindest most supportive people you could ever dream to meet. Have a listen as she proves that she really is a masterful actor and brings this character to life in a way that very few could. Thank you.
