His unique background, mainly as a Broker for the majority of his career, allows him to provide a greater understanding of the insurance brokerage business and how Risk Managers can be more effective, from his perspective.

    Joe has also worn the hat of Interim Risk Manager when he served as the outsourced Risk Manager for a large client, in addition to regularly interacting with C-suite executives as well as senior risk leaders, all of which has enabled him to shed brilliant insights into the mutually beneficial relationships that Brokers, Risk Managers and Underwriters should have.
