Summer Break.  We hope everyone is enjoying some warmth in the air, but we do miss some Kraken hockey.  In this episode 32 Krew writer Allyson joins us to chat all things summer around the NHL’s 32nd franchise. 10 new #SeaKraken prospects enter the pool + Allyson shares her experience attending Development Camp.  Kraken hockey is on the horizon with the 2023-2024 schedule release. Lastly, we say goodbye to a couple free agents but at the same time welcome new faces to the squad.

Summers in Seattle.  We recap a special Seattle Kraken playoff run, and how the outsiders felt the boys were, "just happy to be there"  Boy, did that prove a lot of folks wrong.  Ron Francis extension displays the importance of success beginning at the top.  We share our favorite moves so far from the Kraken General Manager.  Off season moves are also on the horizon.  We have the NHL Entry Draft coming soon, and a few restricted + unrestricted free agents looking for contracts. Who should get Dunn (*cough cough*) first?  

The Seattle Kraken are two games into the Stanley Cup Playoffs, and what a start for the 2nd year team.  We recap both the first playoff win in franchise history, and a promising but series tying game 2 win by the Avalanche.  Climate Pledge Arena will now host the next two, as both teams look to take a series lead.  Playoff hockey in Seattle?!  Let's go!!

We're back!! It feels great to record again, ESPECIALLY after the Kraken clinch a spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.  We look back at an incredible sophomore season, and highlight a few legends of the deep.  Take a dive into a first round matchup preview versus the Avalanche, and share how Seattle can knockout the defending champs.  Lastly, a few of our favorite goals, opponents, and bodychecks this season.  Let's go, 32 Krew!!

Look out the Kraken remain undefeated in 2023.  Seattle is currently on a six-game win streak, with five of them coming on the road.  We cover victories versus the Maple Leafs, Senators, Canadiens, and Sabres.  The incredible rookie campaign of Matty Beniers continues as he's named an All-Star.  An unorthodox, S & B Bodycheck of the week is featured and lastly Captain Shane Wright wins gold.  We give our initial reaction to his reassignment to the OHL, and  why it makes sense going forward this season.

We hope everyone had a great Christmas, and your New Year is off to a solid start.  The Seattle Kraken had a tough go against three straight Pacific Division teams, but have found their groove again.  We recap games versus the Canucks, Flames, Oilers (twice), and Islanders.  Kraken at T-Mobile Park?!  Awesome news in regards to the 2024 Winter Classic.  We reflect on a memorable 2022 for the Kraken organization, and lastly check-in with a few of our prospects.
