    About Jess:

    Jess is a Life Coach and Certified EFT Practitioner. As a former therapist and U.S. Army Veteran with a career that began working in corrections, there’s nothing she hasn’t seen, heard, or smelled, allowing her to hold space for even the most complicated headspaces.

    She harnesses those skills in her work as a Life Coach for Life Coaches and Practitioners, combining mindset management with the energy modality EFT which stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is most commonly referred to as “tapping”) 

    Her style of coaching helps her clients create a process for feeling and understanding  their emotions so they can think clearly and "get shit done."

    Beth Gatlin is a soul singer who shares her story and message of hope through her music.  Beth’s story begins when she became overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, and drug addiction.  She got desperate enough to start searching for peace and happened to find it. Before deciding to change careers to teach healthy vegan cooking, Brigitte trained as a sociologist of education and managed research projects in academia. Aside from a PhD in education, she obtained a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the University of Guelph. She lives in Vancouver (Canada) with her husband and two kids, all of whom are very active and always hungry.
