    OUR WILLINGNESS TO SAY YES (TO BOLDLY GO) BRINGS ABOUT GOD'S PROMISE OF PROVISION. DEEP BURDENNehemiah 1:1-4- During the month of Chislev in the twentieth year, when I was in the fortress city of Susa, 2 Hanani, one of my brothers, arrived with men from Judah, and I questioned them about Jerusalem and the Jewish remnant that had survived the exile. 3 They said to me, The remnant in the province, who survived the exile, are in great trouble and disgrace. Jerusalems wall has been broken down, and its gates have been burned down. 4 When I heard these words, I sat down and wept. I mourned for a number of days, fasting and praying before the God of heaven. BOLD REQUESTNehemiah 2:21-5,7-8- During the month of Nisan in the twentieth year of King Artaxerxes, when wine was set before him, I took the wine and gave it to the king. I had never been sad in his presence, 2 so the king said to me, Why are you sad, when you arent sick? This is nothing but depression. I was overwhelmed with fear 3 and replied to the king, May the king live forever! Why should I not be sad when the city where my ancestors are buried lies in ruins and its gates have been destroyed by fire? 4 Then the king asked me, What is your request? So I prayed to the God of heaven 5 and answered the king, If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor with you, send me to Judah and to the city where my ancestors are buried, so that I may rebuild it. 7 I also said to the king: If it pleases the king, grant me safe passage until I reach Judah. 8 give me timber to rebuild the gates of the temples fortress, the city wall, and the home where I will live. The king granted my requests, for I was graciously strengthened by my God. THE BURDEN GOD PLACED ON NEHEMIAHS HEART WAS GREATER THAN HIS FEAR OF MAN. NEHEMIAH MADE BOLD SACRIFICES IN ORDER TO STEP INTO THE BURDEN. GOSPEL MOMENTUM REQUIRES BOLD MOVES, BOLD REQUESTS BOLD SACRIFICES. Nehemiah 2:17-20- Come, lets rebuild Jerusalems wall, so that we will no longer be a disgrace.18 They said, Lets start rebuilding, and they were encouraged to do this good work. 20The God of heaven is the One who will grant us success. We, His servants, will start building.

GO.GATHERTOGETHER.BUILDUP.GOFORWARD. TO BOLDLY STEP INTO THE FUTURE, WE HAVE TO CONTINUALLY PREPARE IN THE PRESENT. 1 Corinthians 12:24-26- God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the less honorable, 25 so that there would be no division in the body, but that the members would have the same concern for each other. 26 So if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. 27 Now you are the body of Christ, and individual members of it. THE WEEKLY GATHERING OF JESUS FOLLOWERS IS VITAL TO THE FORWARD MOVEMENT OF THE GOSPEL. WE MUST BUILD UP OUR INDIVIDUAL FAITH WE MUST GATHER TOGETHER TO BUILD UP ONE ANOTHER. 1 Corinthians 14:26- Whenever you come together. All things must be done for edification.Oikodomē- building up, edification, strengthening,developing another persons life through acts and words of love and encouragement Ephesians 4:11-13- He personally gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, 12 for the training of the saints in the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of Gods Son, growing into a mature man with a stature measured by Christs fullness.

    Luke 2:10-14- The angel said to {the shepherds}" I proclaim to you good tidings of great joy that will be for all the people: 11 Today a Savior, who is Messiah the Lord, was born for you13 Suddenly there was a multitude of the heavenly host with the angel, praising God and saying: 14 Glory to God in the highest heaven, and peace on earth to people He favors! ANGELIC PURPOSE- PRAISING GOD GIVING HIM GLORY Luke 15:710 - 7I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents. 10 In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. THE ANGELS ARE FOUND PRAISING AT PIVOTAL MOMENTS OF GOD BRINGING NEW LIFE!-PRAISE AT CREATION(Job 38:7)-PRAISE AT JESUS BIRTH(Luke 2:13-14)-PRAISE AT SALVATION(Luke 15:710) THE ANGELIC PROCLAMATION PRAISE OF JESUS LEAD THE SHEPHERDS TO GO FIND PRAISE JESUS! Luke 2:20- The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had seen and heard, just as they had been told. JESUS FOLLOWERS PURPOSE: PRAISE GOD GIVE HIM GLORY THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A REASON TO COMPLAIN BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A BETTER REASON TO REJOICE, JESUS. Psalm 118:24This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. HOSANNA - LORD, SAVE USPsalm 118:25- Lord, save us! HOSANNA - THE LORD HAS COME TO SAVE USMatthew 21:9- Then the crowds who went ahead of Him and those who followed kept shouting: Hosanna to the Son of David! He who comes in the name of the Lord is the blessed One !Hosanna in the highest heaven! Luke 4:16-21- 16 He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. As usual, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up to read. 17 The scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to Him, and unrolling the scroll, He found the place where it was written: 18 The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim freedom to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed, 19 to proclaim the year of the Lords favor. 20 He then rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant, and sat down. And the eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fixed on Him. 21 He began by saying to them, Today as you listen, this Scripture has been fulfilled. Isaiah 49:8-9- I will answer you in a time of favor, and I will help you in the day of salvation. 9 saying to the prisoners: Come out, and to those who are in darkness: Show yourselves.
